Gardner grading

Gardner is the researcher who developed the standard way of grading blastocyst quality (ie. a 4BA or 3BB). The number refers to the expansion (how big the embryo is), the first letter is the quality of the ICM and the second letter is the quality of the trophectoderm (A=good, B=fair, C=poor).
