A good prognosis IVF patient is one with a good chance of success, typically <35, with a favorable diagnosis (tubal or male factor infertility), history of regular ovulation, no previous IVF cycle, good AMH, high number of oocytes retrieved, and able to produce blastocysts of fair/good quality.
