A condition where a follicle undergoes the normal hormonal changes of ovulation (luteinization) but does not release an egg. This means ovulation doesn’t actually occur, even though hormone levels may suggest that it has. In natural cycle FETs, this can lead to mistimed transfers because ovulation is used to schedule the procedure.
